Coffee and your health

Sometime we read that coffee is good for us and sometime we read that coffee is bad for us. This is the first time research has shown that more than four cups of coffee a day may be very bad for you. Of course I believe that everything in moderation is the preferred approach. Even a good thing done in excess could be bad for you.
