Searching for Sarah

Fergie and Oprah

Sarah Ferguson has had the extremes in life. She has had a childhood that sounded like horror – a father who called her a Sheep’s Ass all the time and her mother’s head decapitated in a car accident while she was still in her tender years. Like Cinderella she grew up and married a real live prince and then she went and threw it all away.  “I had it all and I blew it,” she told Oprah and the world on the Oprah Winfrey Show. She acknowledged what a great guy is Prince Andrew. She said he truly cares for her. Even though they are divorced, he still allows her to live in his house.

Oprah has befriended this fallen Prince and is helping to put her together again in the six-part docu-drama of Sara’s life entitled “Finding Fergie.” When I watched the interview Fergie had with Oprah my heart cried for her like it would for a sister or a dear friend. She seemed to be so much in pain as she spoke.  However, it is never too late and you’re never too far gone to reclaim yourself and I am happy to see Fergie took the high road and let it all out there. No one can hold anything over her head. She has spoke about her life openly and made herself vulnerable and I think she will be fine. Good luck to you Fergie. Hope it all works out and you get back on your own too feet.

Searching for Sarah.

The wildly successful Glee Club  with one member from Vancouver Canada arrived in Toronto to a sold out show. It reminds me of Canada’s popstars featuring five girls who made the trek across Canada to screaming teenyboppers.
