Rapper Foxy Brown aka Ingrid Marchand is out of jail. The popular rapper was greeting by mother Judith Marchand with a smiley-face balloon as well as many of her fans. Instead of going shopping or just taking in the scene, Brown said the first thing she will do is to head for her church and get on her knees. Do you think Brown has learnt her lesson and this will be the last time she goes to prison? I hope so. I hate to see young stars especially young rising Black stars tamper with the gift they’ve been given from God. Instead of wasting time in jail for bad behaviour, go to one of the poor areas of your city and inspire the younger generation. Do some volunteer work with them and give them some badly needed hope.
Black stars have a responsibility to their community in a big way. They should never forget that. Never.
